All products purchased online at CAVOUR.co can be returned if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as you received it and that the price tag is still attached.
To receive a return label, returns must be registered online. Alternatively, all returns can be dropped off at one of our stores in Norway. In this case, we can assist with the return registration and send the package back for you.
You must send the return to us within 14 days after registering your return. Otherwise, the return will be rejected, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the items returned to you.
If you have an order with "pick up in store" that you do not wish to collect, please contact us via email at [email protected], and we will assist you in registering the return. It will not be returned solely through online registration or through Klarna.
Always try to fit all products into one package. If you are returning more than one package and need two or more return labels, please create a separate return for each package. It is important that the package contents match what you have registered for both the return process and potential importation back to Norway. If any issues arise with the return, only the registered products under the return label will be covered.
For this reason, we do not recommend placing two orders in the same package without notifying us in advance. We can make a note of it on the return to avoid potential problems.
Once you know what to return and how many boxes you need to send, you can start registering the return online to receive a return label.
When registering a return or claim, follow these steps:
Registering a Return:
- Select the products you want to return, specify the reason for the return, and if you want the same product in a different size or color, you can easily exchange it here. If not, choose the refund option.
- Ensure that you have correctly registered the product you wish to return and confirm your selection. Only select the products that can fit in the same package. If you need to return in multiple packages, repeat the registration process from the beginning for products that do not fit to obtain an additional return label.
- If you have replacement products and payment is required, proceed to payment if the original payment does not cover the entire amount.
- Confirm the return and download the return label.
Registering a Claim:
- Select the product you want to make a claim for, add necessary photos and comments.
- Confirm the claim. Once we have reviewed the registered claim, we will contact you with further instructions.
Packaging the Products: Ensure that the products are properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. Place them in a suitable box and try to fit everything into one box. If you need two or more boxes, that's perfectly fine. You must register the products for the first box first, complete the process, and then repeat the registration for the other products to receive an additional return label for the second box.
Return Label (and Customs Invoice): Use the return label you received after registering the return online. Check if it is a return label from PostNord, DHL, or UPS (the same as you selected when placing your order). For our Norwegian customers, you only need the return label.
If you have also received an invoice along with the return label, these must be printed. One should be included with the return label, and the other should be given to the courier along with the package. Please note that the value on the invoice is not always the same as what you paid; it is for customs purposes only.
Place the return label and any invoices (a copy for the courier) in the plastic pouch you received with your order. Remove any old shipping labels to avoid confusion with the courier.
Returning Your Package: Please return your package as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after registering. All returns can be delivered directly to our Cavour store in Norway or handed over to the appropriate courier, either Postnord or DHL, UPS Service Point. This only works when you have the shipping label printed and attached to your box, so make sure they scan the label.

Shipping Costs for Returned Items: The price depends on the order and your previous return history. This means that free returns typically apply to the first purchase, and after that, it will be calculated based on your purchases and the number of returns. If there is a fee for the return, it will be displayed in the final step before you confirm the return. This also applies if you return items in-store and we handle the return for you. We will provide information on our website if we have fixed return costs during certain periods. If you paid for shipping to receive your order, this cost will not be refunded.
Return Sales products
You have a 14-day return policy when purchasing sale items. When the sale is at 70%, it is common for us to apply a return fee of 200 NOK (or equivalent in other currencies) for a period. We inform about this on our website, so one is aware of it when ordering. This applies to all orders made during the sale, including in-store pickup.
Autoreturn: If the package is automatically returned to us because you did not collect it or refused to accept it, we will process it as a return when we receive it. Please note that we may charge a return fee for shipping and handling, typically around 20EUR/20USD.
Returning Replacement Orders: If you have received a replacement order that you wish to return, follow the same procedure as for a regular return but use the order number starting with "E" (e.g., E53XXXXX).
Returning Christmas Gifts: Christmas gifts can be exchanged until January 15th. You can receive a gift card that can be used online or in our stores, or you can exchange it for another product on our website, www.cavour.co. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds and Replacements: If you choose to return the products you have purchased from Cavour, we will typically refund your payment within 5 business days, but no later than 30 days after we receive the items.
If you have chosen to exchange a product when registering your return, the original payment will be used as payment for the new products.
For refunds, the money will be refunded to your credit card or Klarna account.
Klarna Invoice: If you have returned items without requesting an exchange, Klarna will update the invoice with the correct amount shortly after we have processed your return. However, if you have requested an exchange, the original invoice must be paid as it will be used as payment for the replacement order. If you keep part of your order, the amount will be updated within a few days. If you have returned your entire order and still have a remaining amount, this may be due to the shipping cost you paid when placing the order or costs related to return shipping that have been deducted from the refund.
Cavour offer different delivery alternatives depending where You are located. The price depends on the total amount of Your order, where You like the package to be shipped and what freight forwarder that will deliver. All Your options will appear when You type in shipping address.
Free Worldwide Shipping
Cavour offer FREE worldwide shipping on all national and international orders with UPS Standard & DHL Express above EUR 250, USD 1000, GBP 220, SEK 2000, DDK 1500 and NOK 2000.
On orders below the mentioned above we charge fixed shipping fee of EUR 15, USD 20/30, GBP 15, DKK 80, SEK 150, NOK 79/149
(no other charges from our side but local charges outside of EU & Norway can accure. Example is orders over 800USD to USA where taxes are added from the US Government).
Australia + New Zealand: Free shipment over 1000usd otherwise 40usd.

Door-To-Door Delivery
DHL Express (Outside of EU but inc Sweden) delivers directly at Your door within 1-2 days. If you are not home, DHL will call you to arrange another drop off.
UPS Standard (Inside of EU except Sweden) delivers directly at your door within 2-7 days. If you are not home, please contact UPS to reschedule or they leave it outside Your door on Your responsibility.
No extra charges for door-to-door delivery.
Quick Delivery
All goods ordered will be shipped at the latest the day after (Monday-Friday) and be delivered within 1-2 days with DHL Express outside of EU or UPS Standard (inside of EU except Sweden) with 2-5 days delivery. Goods ordered online can also be picked up at our stores in Oslo normally the day after You place Your order.
Flexible Delivery Options

During our sales period it might be up to 5 working days before we ship out your order. But as you know, once it is shipped I will arrive fast with DHL Express and UPS. And most likely it will be processed & sent the same day.
Tax and duties
EU Countries - All prices shown on the Cavour website, www.cavour.co, are including VAT for all countries within EU, in accordance with the applicable legislation. All order within EU are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - all taxes and duties are included in the product prices.

Discount and promotional Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Type Your code where it says Add a discount code and You will get the discount direct if it’s valid on selected items.
Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.

By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.
Confirmation
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice/receipt to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
Payment by Card
Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled Adyen or Klarna with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to Adyen or Klarna and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than Adyen or Klarna PayPal & your bank. Cavour does not charge any extra costs for card payments. However, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on your card and bank. When paying by credit or debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Cavour may automatically cancel your order.
Discount Codes, Bonuses, Gift Cards, and Store Credit
All types of codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a discount code after the purchase will not be accepted. The validity period of the codes varies, and you are responsible for checking the validity period.
Promotional codes are only valid for short periods.

Ordering
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. Cavour holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Cavour to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time. Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and it original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should register the return online to receive a return label. If an item is damaged during transport, Cavour should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation.
Personal Information
When shopping with Cavour we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. Cavour treats all personal information confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. Cavour may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website.
Product
Cavour has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any errors that may appear on the page such as wrong price or picture on a product. We cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Delivery and Cancellations
Cavour provides worldwide shipping in partnership with DHL and UPS (Post Nord in Norway). All goods ordered will be shipped the day after (Monday-Friday) and be delivered within 1-2 days with DHL Express, 2-5 days with Post Nord, DHL Express Economy or UPS Standard. Goods ordered online can also be picked up at our stores, if chosen in the ordering process.
When Your order is processed, You will receive tracking number from us. Please follow Your package to make sure You could receive the parcel when it is scheduled for deliver.
In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Cavour either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued or we don’t have the product in stock Cavour has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Cavour will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent products if available.
Complaints Terms
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
If we receive a product as a return and have reason to doubt its eligibility as a confirmed claim or return, we reserve the right to request additional information from the customer. In such instances, we shall retain possession of the product for a duration of one month. Should no communication or resolution be reached within this timeframe, the product shall be subject to disposal without entitlement to a refund. It is explicitly stated that product return will not be facilitated unless a prior mutual agreement is established.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service team to [email protected]. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Cavour should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults. Cavour has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
Liability
Cavour responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Cavour bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Force Majeure
Cavour shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Cavour or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Cavour.
User Content
The www.cavour.co website may include user generated content from for example social media applications. Cavour does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
Retention of Title
All products remain in Cavour property until full payment is made.
Fraud
All attempts at fraud reported to the authorities and Cavour reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and your use of the www.cavour.co website are governed by Norwegian law. To the extent permitted by law, Norwegian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Cavour's right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
Termination
Cavour reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the www.cavour.co website at its sole discretion. For example, if Cavour suspects that you have breached this terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.
Amendements
Cavour may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Cavour. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.
